Information and conditions for renting
It is included in the rental price:
- km limit according to the number of rental days
- compulsory contractual insurance (PZP)
- accident insurance (co-payment 8%, min. 500 Euro) personal vehicles
- accident insurance (co-payment 8%, min. 800 EUR) minibus+van
- SR highway stamp
- road tax
- seasonal footwear
One rental day = 24 hours, every additional hour started = a new rental day.
If no special conditions have been agreed, I will come to pick up the vehicle on weekdays, during working hours 8:00 – 17:00 at Drevárska 14 /industrial park/ in Spišská Nová Ves.
Inspect the vehicle thoroughly when taking it over and report any deficiency or error.
I will check the condition of the vehicle, the current km recorded in the contract, documents from the vehicle, the condition of the tank and the cleanliness of the interior and exterior!
The vehicle is driven only by the customer or an employee of the company, who is specified in the contract.
You receive the vehicle fully refueled and I return it fully refueled./with proof of refueling, for inspection/.
If the vehicle was clean, it returns clean.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the vehicle!!!
Unless otherwise agreed in the contract, no sticker is removed from the vehicle or other stickers are affixed to the vehicle.
The vehicle will be returned at the time specified in the contract. If this cannot be done, I inform the landlord at +421903132777. In case of extending the lease with the lessor, the landlord must be informed in advance.
If the damage was caused to you, or the damage was caused by you, it is necessary to report it to the lessor and find out about the next procedure.
You are responsible for the roadworthiness of the vehicle, for the payment of fines for offenses you cause with the rented vehicle and for the payment of fees associated with the use of toll roads abroad.
In case of total damage, the lessee pays the difference between the insurance coverage of the insurance company and the time value of the vehicle to the lessor.
When traveling abroad, the vehicle must be ordered only with a year of manufacture from 2020!!!
Surcharges:
- Driving km above the specified limit €0.25/km
- Delivery / collection of the vehicle outside working hours €15
- Delivery / collection of the vehicle in SNV €10/€10
- Dirty interior: passenger car – van, minibus from €5 – €15 / from €10 – €25
- Polluted exterior: passenger van, minibus from €5 – €10 / from €10 – €20
- Vehicle tuning from €30 – €100
- Refueling AD blue 300km/ 1L x price

Fines – sanctions:
- Smoking in the vehicle €300
- Loss of small TP €30
- Unrefueled vehicle €10 + refueling amount
- Delay up to 2 hours €10
- Processing a fine of €12
- Obey traffic rules / speed / €50
- In the event of an insurance event – co-payment paid by deposit
DEPOSIT:
A deposit is a deposit for a rented vehicle.
The amount of the deposit depends on the given vehicle and is listed in the price list for each vehicle separately.
The stated value of the deposit will be paid by the lessee on the basis of the issued preliminary invoice or upon signing the contract. This obligation is considered fulfilled when the relevant amount is credited to the lessor’s account and he is entitled to freely dispose of this amount. The stated amount secures any claims of the lessor against the lessee. If any obligation of the lessee towards the lessor arises, or if the lessee falls into arrears with any pecuniary performance, the lessor is entitled to satisfy his claim from the deposited deposit.
The lessor is obliged to deposit, or its balance after reduction due to offsetting, or as a result of payment of the tenant’s obligations to the landlord, to be issued no later than 30 days after the end of the lease.
